Self-Healing and Growth

I’d like to share a particularly simple yet useful psychological healing method: constantly telling yourself that you are worthy, especially for women. As you reach middle age, it’s important to frequently say, “I love myself, I support every decision I make, and I like the way I look. Although I’m no longer young, my appearance holds my experiences and my stories. I do things because I love them, so I have enough passion. I can also accept all my imperfections. For example, my temper might not be the best, my cooking might not be that delicious, and I often lose things, but I still love this imperfect self. I believe that in the second half of life, I will be even more valuable.
